Services & Pricing
- We clean almost any sneaker or shoe — from daily-rotation pairs (Everyday) to designer and limited releases (Lux). We handle canvas, leather, suede, nubuck, mesh, knit, and most premium materials. Brands like Nike, Adidas, On, New Balance, ASICS, Common Projects, Golden Goose, Prada, and more are all welcome.
Everyday — for daily-wear sneakers under ~$200 (Nike, On, New Balance, Adidas). Includes upper, midsole, and outsole cleaning, spot and stain treatment, laces refresh, plus odor removal and reshaping.
Lux — for designer pairs over $200 (Golden Goose, Prada, Gucci). Everything in Everyday plus suede, nubuck & leather expertise, deep stain treatment, and hand-finished by a senior tech.
- Yes — our Hat Care service covers all major hat types (baseball caps, snapbacks, fitted caps, dad hats) and includes dust and lint removal, sweatband deep cleaning, and spot and stain treatment.

Process & Timing
5–6 business days in-studio, plus shipping both ways. With our standard USPS Ground Advantage shipping, total door-to-door is typically 10–14 business days depending on your location. You see live tracking through every stage of the process.
Need it faster? At checkout you can upgrade to Priority shipping on both legs for a few dollars extra — cuts the round-trip down to ~7–10 business days.
- Yes. Every order goes through 6 tracked stages: Order Placed → Shipped to Studio → Arrived and Inspected → Cleaning in Progress → Shipped Back → Delivered. You receive email and push notifications at each stage.
Shipping
- Yes, completely. We email a prepaid shipping label the moment you check out. Drop the package off at any USPS, UPS, or FedEx location — we cover the return label too. No labels to buy.
- Up to 10 of each service per order — so up to 30 total items mixing across services. Bulk pricing kicks in automatically. Need more? Get a custom quote.
- Absolutely — any combination. All items ship together both ways.
- We serve the continental US— all 48 contiguous states plus Washington D.C. — with the same free round-trip shipping nationwide. We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US territories because round-trip carrier rates to those regions would push the service price above what we consider reasonable. More markets coming soon.
Trust & Quality
- Tell us upfront in the Special Requirements field at checkout (or via chat after ordering). Our team inspects every pair before cleaning and contacts you via chat if anything needs special attention.
- Yes — every prepaid label includes carrier insurance covering loss or damage in transit. If something happens en route, we work with the carrier on a claim and keep you updated through chat. You don't lose your items or your money.
Account & Cancellation
- Yes — your account lets you track orders live, chat with the studio, and view your history. Account creation is automatic when you check out (we use your email). You can set a password later or sign in via magic link.
Our chat is staffed during these hours (Central Time):
- Mon – Thu: 10am – 7pm CT
- Fri: 10am – 5pm CT
- Sat – Sun: closed
During business hours we usually reply within minutes — up to 1 hour at most. Messages sent outside those windows get answered first thing the next business day. If a reply lands while you're not on the order page, we'll also email you a heads-up so you don't miss it.
- Before you ship your items (label generated but the carrier hasn't picked it up yet) — full refund. We void the prepaid label at no cost to you.
- After you ship — in transit or already arrived at the studio: refund minus actual shipping costs (inbound label + return label, typically $15–30 depending on zone). Once we receive the package we ship it back to you.
- Once cleaning has started: case-by-case via chat. Depends on materials and labor already used.
- Once we've shipped your items back: not refundable — the work is done.
Please request all cancellations through the chat inside your order page — that's where our team can act on them fastest.
